Please note that while the following general terms and conditions apply, specific products or destinations may have variations due to regional circumstances, regulations, contractual obligations to suppliers, or logistical matters. Our websites provide and coordinate travel arrangements and prices.

We make efforts to verify all information on our websites at the time of compilation. However, as this data is supplied by accommodation and tour/cruise operators in our brochures, we do not take responsibility for inaccuracies or misdescriptions in our publications.

The sale of services outlined in our publications is conducted by us solely as an agent for the entities offering those services. The chosen standards of accommodation and other services are based on generally accepted factors indicative of a specific class.

We do not accept responsibility for changes in prices or variations in services as presented on our websites, and all services and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

We do not assume liability for the acts, omissions, or defaults, whether negligent or otherwise, of service providers in connection with your arrangements. These arrangements are made pursuant to a contract between you and the service provider, over whom we have no direct control. We do not accept liability, whether in contract or tort, for injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events beyond our control, including but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, severe weather, acts of God, government actions, machinery failures, or industrial disputes.

We strongly recommend checking with us or your travel agent for any changes or variations to the information provided on our websites. This will allow us to inform you, or your agent, of any known changes either before booking your holiday or before your departure.

Terms and Conditions of Booking

Pricing Information:

Our quoting system provides access to both live and static pricing, depending on the supplier. It's not uncommon for suppliers such as airlines, cruise liners, and hotels to sell out, modify, or withdraw prices, including advertised special rates. If the prices, rates, or inclusions differ from your initial quotation or any advertised prices, we will inform you of these changes before processing your booking request. If you decide not to proceed with the booking at the updated price, you can cancel the booking request at no charge. Once your booking is confirmed and payment is received, any newly released specials cannot be applied to existing bookings.

Before receiving full and final payment, we reserve the right to adjust prices and rates due to fluctuations in exchange rates or price increases from wholesalers or other suppliers. If the cost of a service increases due to changes in exchange rates, price adjustments, tax modifications, or any other reasons, you are responsible for paying the increase upon notification from us, or you may choose to cancel the booking. We are not held liable for any increases due to fluctuations in exchange rates, taxes, or supplier notifications.

Quoted rates are applicable to the specific product at the time of the quotation, and these rates may change before the travel date. All prices are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified without prior notice.

Booking Payments:

For bookings with a travel date more than 45 days away, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of confirmation. The remaining balance is due 45 days before the travel date (referred to as the 'due date'). Before the due date, you can settle the balance using a credit card or make a direct bank transfer to our account to avoid card fees. We'll send you a final payment reminder. Please note that travel vouchers and booking confirmations will only be provided once we receive the final payment.

If the final payment is not made by the due date, we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file to complete the payment automatically. Any booking that remains unpaid by the due date may be canceled without further notice. In such cases, any deposit made will be forfeited, or upon your request, it may be applied as a payment toward an alternative booking. Keep in mind that deposit conditions may vary for specific accommodation and tour products. We will inform you of these conditions and seek your consent before proceeding with the booking.


Bookings over Christmas and New Year’s:
(Festive Season) require a non-refundable deposit of between $300 & $500, and final payment 60 days prior, as this it non refundable under any circumstances. We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.

Bookings made less than 45 days prior to travel:
Bookings made within 45 days of travel are payable in full by Credit Card only.

Airline Bookings
Airlines are instant purchase and Airlines require full payment upfront by credit card only. We are unable to accept direct deposits for airline purchases.

ZERO CARD FEES
We dislike companies that add sneaky fees during the booking process as much as you do! So we refuse to do it! ZERO credit card fees and ZERO booking fees.

There are no fees associated with this form of payment..

There are no card fees associated with this form of payment. Direct Deposits must be made 48 hours prior to the due date to ensure funds are received in time.

Payment Processing Terms & Conditions:

Payment Authorization:

By providing your credit card information and accepting our Terms & Conditions, you authorize us to debit funds from your designated credit card, following the terms and conditions of the Agreement as amended periodically.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may impose currency conversion fees. If your travel is scheduled within 14 days, credit card details are required to secure bookings.

Standard Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellations made within 30 days before travel are non-refundable.

2. For deposited bookings canceled 30 days or more before travel: The $100 deposit is non-refundable, and you may incur additional cancellation fees from hotels, airlines, or other suppliers.

3. For fully paid bookings canceled 30 days or more before travel: The $100 deposit is non-refundable, and you may incur additional cancellation fees from hotels, airlines, or other suppliers.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the consultant handling the booking. Approved credits resulting from cancellations are valid for 6 months from the date of cancellation.

Flight Cancellation Policy:

Flights booked through this website are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific airfare purchased, which are determined by the airline. In many cases, airfares are entirely non-refundable and non-transferable. Your particular airfare may be subject to airline charges and partial or full cancellation fees.

Our Travel Consultants will assist you to the best of their ability within the framework of these terms and conditions.

Special Cancellation Conditions:

Cancellation Charges for Specific Products:

Please note that certain accommodation and tour products may have additional cancellation charges. These specific cancellation conditions and associated costs can be found under the pricing information on individual product pages and will be provided to you in writing at the time of booking.

Amendment Fees:

Modifications made to confirmed bookings will incur an amendment fee. For bookings valued up to $1,000, the fee is $25 per amendment. For bookings exceeding $1,000 in value, the fee is $50 per amendment. These fees are assessed per amendment, in addition to any charges imposed by the supplier or airline.

Late Booking Fees:

A late booking fee of A$50.00 may be applied for reservations made within 72 hours of departure. This fee is contingent on the level of administrative work required, and if applicable, you will be notified at the time of the reservation request from you or your agent.

Credit Card Chargeback Fees:

TravelOnline may pass on any fees incurred from our credit card payment provider due to chargebacks or disputed credit card charges to the cardholder. This fee is non-refundable.

Changes to Itinerary After Commencement:

Amendments or cancellations of services after the commencement of your holiday may result in penalties. No refunds will be issued for unused services.

Refund Policy:

All refund requests must be submitted in writing directly to us or through the Agent from whom the travel arrangements were purchased. Claims must be made within 10 days of completing travel arrangements. Refunds will not be granted for bookings canceled due to inclement weather or illness; such claims should be directed to your travel insurance provider. An approved refund incurs a $50 processing fee. Once travel arrangements have commenced, no refunds will be issued. Please note that there is no guarantee of refund availability.

Reporting Incidents:

Any unusual incidents, including injuries, service issues, service cancellations, or dissatisfaction, should be reported to us during the event to allow us to address the situation or provide assistance promptly.

General Terms:

Rate Validity: The prices indicated are valid for the specified dates.

Currency: All rates are quoted in Australian Dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Children's Rates: Child rates are based on sharing a room with adults and using existing bedding. Costs for additional bedding and rollaways are available upon request.

Payment Options: We offer a secure server for credit card payments. Alternatively, you can fax your credit card details, send a cheque, or make a direct deposit. For more details, please visit our Payments page.

Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is essential, covering involuntary trip cancellations, including airfare(s). Please review our Travel Insurance page for policy details, including the Combined Product Disclosure Statement, Policy Wording, and Financial Services Guide before purchasing. The full payment is due at the time of booking, with the policy issued within 5 working days of payment receipt. Credit cards and direct deposits are accepted. Please note that dates of birth are required for insurance issuance, and coverage begins only when paid in full and the policy is issued.

Accommodation: Accommodation details can be found in the Accommodation section of our websites. All costs are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation of similar quality if the property is overbooked or for reasons beyond our control. Rates are subject to change without notice. Some properties may not provide instant availability, and we check availability upon receiving the booking request.

Flights: While airfares indicate instant availability and fares at the time of quoting, flight bookings are confirmed only after your accommodation is confirmed. This is to avoid airline fees for flight amendments, which may result in fare and/or availability changes.

Check-In/Check-Out Times: Check-in and check-out times vary by operator. Typically, check-in is at 2 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. Most properties require a credit card authorization upon check-in and may request photo identification. If you don't have a credit card, a cash bond is usually required.

Single Supplement Costs: If not included in your selected accommodation cost, single supplement costs are available upon request.

Accommodation Ratings: Our ratings are based on our inspections and, in some cases, AAA (Australian Automobile Association) ratings. They are for guidance purposes and not AAA endorsements.

Group and Incentive Travel: Group and conference rates have different terms and conditions from standard holidays due to special contracts. If booking a group or incentive trip, ensure that these conditions are explained to you.

Maps, Photographs, and Illustrations: Maps, photographs, illustrations, and computer-based graphics are provided for general reference and may not always reflect the exact subject matter. Hotel room photographs (graphics) may not depict the specific room assigned. Maps are not to scale.

Quotations: Quotations are subject to service availability and are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed and the deposit is received. Quotes are valid for 48 hours from the issue date.

Inclusions and Exclusions

Inclusions:

Prices include accommodation, transfers, tours/cruises, car hire, government taxes, and any other specified inclusions as indicated in writing on the relevant web pages for each supplier's product.

Exclusions:

Prices do not include costs incurred during travel to and from the destination, meals (unless specified), alcoholic beverages, telephone calls, personal items, and services not specified as included on the relevant web pages for each supplier's product. Marine Park taxes are not included and must be paid directly to the operators.
